Children age 17 and under stay free when sharing accommodation
and existing beds with adults. Extra person charge $12
each day.

NOTE(S):
1. Rates are subject to change without notice until the condo
has been secured with proper payment. 100% REFUND for all condo
reservations (does not include rental car) cancelled MORE than
90 days prior to your arrival date less a $150 cancellation
charge. All sales are final non-refundable for cancellations
LESS than 90 days prior to your arrival date.
2. Does not includes additional taxes (11.42%) or fees that
will be assessed at the time of booking. All charges will be
confirmed prior to customer payment.
3. An additional charge of $12 per day will be assessed for
anyone that exceeds the occupancy rate of (2) people per condo.
Children under the age of 17 stay FREE. Maximum (4) people.
